BV Mango Motion attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data and wants to treat it with the necessary respect. This privacy statement is therefore aimed at informing those whose personal data is processed by BV Mango Motion.

This statement describes the way your personal data are collected and processed on this website and in the performance of assignments by BV Mango Motion in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (entry into force on 25/05/2018).

1. Definitions

• Data Subject = the client/customer or others who complete the contact form on the website or who browse the website www.mangomotion.be.
• Controller = BV Mango Motion.
• Processor = all companies used by BV Mango Motion that may be in contact with the personal data of data subjects.

2. Processing of personal data

On the website, you can fill in a contact form. The following data collected through this channel will be processed by us:

• First name
• Name
• Company name
• Address details
• E-mail address
• Phone number
• Location details
• IP address

If you enter into an agreement with us, BV Mango Motion may become aware of personal data of the clients' customers, their staff, suppliers and appointees (non-exhaustive list).

In the context of looking after the assignments awarded to BV Mango Motion by the clients, it is not excluded that BV Mango Motion may become aware of sensitive personal data that may be processed by BV Mango Motion:

• data of persons under 16 years of age
• personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a person or data on health, or data relating to a person's sexual behaviour or sexual orientation.

3. Grounds

The following grounds are used to process your personal data:

• Consent
• Performance of an agreement
• Legitimate interests
• Vital interests
• Processing for the purpose of archiving in the public interest, scientific or historical research or statistical purposes

In case you fill in the contact form, you give BV Mango Motion explicit consent by ticking the provided box at the bottom of the contact form. If you e-mail BV Mango Motion, you also give her permission to process the data.

If you entrust assignments to BV Mango Motion, you give your consent that all personal data with which it comes into contact in the execution of its assignments may be known. This consent must be given explicitly. If you do not give BV Mango Motion this consent, it will be able to take cognisance of the personal data on the grounds of the execution of the agreement or its legitimate interest.

For the processing of sensitive data as part of the performance of its services, BV Mango Motion requires your express consent or guarantees that you, as the client, have the consent of the data subject, and can communicate this consent to the client on paper or another medium.

Our website does not intend to collect sensitive data about website visitors who are under the age of 16, unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities to avoid collecting data on children without parental consent.

The person concerned may also withdraw their consent at any time. To do so, please send an e-mail to hello@mangomotion.be.

4. Purposes

BV Mango Motion processes the data you have consented to in order to fulfil its activities:

• Manage its activities, manage and improve its website or generate statistical analyses about its services
• Inform the customer about activities and services of BV Mango Motion.

5. Forwarding to third parties

The personal data originating from the client will only be passed on to processors for the purposes listed in point 4. Under no circumstances will your data be passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

BV Mango Motion attaches the utmost importance to your personal data. If it calls upon processors who would also come into contact with your personal data, it will ensure that the processors will not use the personal data for purposes other than those listed under point 4. It will make agreements with these parties on how they should handle the personal data and what level of protection they should apply. 6. Retention

BV Mango Motion retains your data for an unlimited period of time if it concerns personal data it acquires via the website www.mangomotion.be or via e-mail, and for the duration of the agreement if it concerns personal data it processes in the context of its assignments. BV Mango Motion aims to provide you with the best possible information about its services.

BV Mango Motion will provide the greatest guarantee to follow up on your rights as described in point 8. At regular intervals, the data subject will be asked to confirm the accuracy of the data.

7. Level of protection

BV Mango Motion guarantees an appropriate level of protection on an organisational and technical level. We do this by securing your data appropriately and also requiring this level of security from our processors. At a minimum, security is ensured by using a password to protect sensitive data.

8. Rights of the data subject

This privacy statement aims to inform you adequately about your rights. You always have the right to oppose the processing of your data. If you wish to access, correct, transfer or restrict the processing of your data, you can of course do so. Under certain conditions, your data can be deleted. Your request to this end should be addressed to hello@mangomotion.be.

To ensure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, the MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the identity document), the identity card/passport number and the National Register number. This is to protect your privacy.

This privacy declaration is regularly updated in order to correctly reflect the processing of your data at all times. You will not be informed in advance. You will find the date of the last update at the top of this statement.
